When we first met with the client to discuss the brief, the home was in disrepair and had not been kept up. The client had a clear vision of what the kitchen and primary bathroom should look like. We worked with her to figure out the details and solve some pesky design problems related to locating a new powder room.
As construction commenced, the program and scope expanded to include a new interior stair to access a newly finished guest room, guest bathroom and lounge area. Being able to pivot and accommodate our client’s evolving needs is something we take great pride in.
