Saint Charles Row House
This three-story row house was remodeled for a small family that enjoys entertaining along the St. Charles Avenue parade routes. The existing ground floor living areas were small discrete rooms not conducive to the contemporary way the client likes to live. Once the existing walls went away, the existing windows filled the grand room with natural light. The client wanted a clean, open room and storage. We designed built-in and concealed storage under the stair and at the entry foyer.
